Acceptable Use Policy

The conduct and content rules that protect NewEdge360 customers, users and services.

Last updated 15 October 2026

Use NewEdge360 only for lawful, authorised business activity. Activity that threatens another customer, user, service or network is prohibited.

Authorised use

You may use the services only within the applications, organisations, branches, roles and capacity assigned to you. You must not share credentials, misrepresent identity or authority, or attempt to use another customer's account or data.

Prohibited content and activity

You must not use the services to commit fraud, harassment or unlawful discrimination; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; distribute malware; facilitate abuse or exploitation; send unlawful bulk messages; or store or transmit content that is illegal in the place where the service is used.

Security and platform integrity

You must not bypass access controls, probe or scan systems without written authorisation, intercept traffic, test another tenant, exploit a vulnerability, interfere with availability, automate abusive traffic or conceal the source of a prohibited action.

Messaging and communications

Email, notification and messaging features must be used with appropriate authority, consent and identification. You are responsible for recipient lists, message content, opt-out obligations and compliance with applicable communications and marketing law.

Data and regulated use

Do not submit data that the applicable order does not permit the service to process. You remain responsible for assessing sector-specific, employment, financial, health, legal, records-management and cross-border requirements that apply to your organisation.

Fair use and capacity

Plan limits, rate limits and reasonable technical controls protect service quality. You must not evade them, pool access beyond the subscribed scope or use automated activity that materially degrades the experience of other customers.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict affected access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the public or the platform. Where circumstances permit, we will use a proportionate response and provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Reporting concerns

Report suspected abuse or security concerns through the Contact page. Do not include passwords, private keys, full payment details or unnecessary customer data in the first report.

Questions or procurement review

If anything is unclear, contact NewEdge360 before purchasing or continuing to use the service. We can identify the documents and service schedule that apply to your intended order.
