Understand the service before buying
Plan pages describe the principal features, billing cycle, included capacity and published limits. Detailed comparisons and guided configuration are provided before checkout. You are responsible for reviewing the selected service, quantities and total before payment.
No change-of-mind refunds
We do not refund because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the service, selected the wrong plan or quantity, did not complete onboarding, did not use available capacity, or failed to cancel before renewal.
Third-party and committed costs
Domain registrations, external licences, payment processing, infrastructure reservation and other committed third-party costs are non-refundable once ordered or provisioned.
Billing errors
If you believe a duplicate or incorrect charge was made, contact us promptly with the invoice or payment reference. We will investigate and correct a verified billing error. This correction process is not a general refund entitlement.
Service concerns
Report a service problem through support so it can be investigated and remedied. A temporary incident, maintenance event or customer-configuration issue does not create an automatic refund right.
Mandatory legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes a remedy that applicable law requires and does not permit the parties to exclude. Where a mandatory right applies, the legally required remedy will be provided.
Cancellation
Cancelling stops the next eligible renewal; it does not reverse the current paid billing period. Access continues or ends according to the subscription and provisioning state shown in your account.
