Terms of Service
The terms that govern access to and use of NewEdge360 services.
Last updated 11 October 2026
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, placing an order or using a NewEdge360 service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorised to act for the organisation named on the account.
Services and subscriptions
Your order identifies the subscribed applications, billing cycle, quantities and applicable limits. Service availability depends on successful payment, required verification and completion of mandatory onboarding. Features may evolve while the essential purpose of the subscribed service is preserved.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate account, organisation, tax, domain and payment information; protect user credentials; assign appropriate access; keep lawful records; and use the platform only for lawful business activity. You remain responsible for content and transactions entered by your users.
Charges, renewal and taxes
Prices and billing cycles shown during checkout form part of your order. Recurring subscriptions renew for the selected cycle until cancelled in accordance with the order terms. Taxes, bank charges, domain fees and usage above included capacity may be charged where applicable.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to send abuse or spam, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade security controls, access another tenant, disrupt services or conduct unlawful activity. We may restrict affected access to protect customers and the platform.
Availability and support
We operate the service with reasonable care and publish material service conditions on the public status page. Maintenance, third-party networks and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Support scope depends on the subscribed service.
Data and security
Each party must apply reasonable security controls. NewEdge360 processes customer data to deliver, secure and support the services as described in the Privacy Policy. Customers must configure permissions and retain any records they are legally required to preserve.
Connected AI services
If you connect NewEdge360 CMS to ChatGPT or another supported assistant, you authorise NewEdge360 to return the website information requested through that connection and, where draft access is enabled, to accept draft content changes. The connection cannot publish content, inspect form submissions, manage users or retrieve stored credentials. Your use of a connected assistant is also governed by that provider’s terms.
AI-assisted content
AI-generated suggestions and drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review them for accuracy, rights, confidentiality, accessibility and legal compliance before use. NewEdge360 does not represent that generated material is unique, search-ranked or fit for a particular purpose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. You may cancel future renewal through the available account or support process. Ending a subscription does not erase charges already incurred or create a refund right.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. NewEdge360 liability arising from a service is limited to fees paid for that service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not permit that limitation.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for legal, security or service reasons. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate platform or account channel. Questions may be submitted through the Contact page.
